These are smaller capsules than most to make it easier for children to take. If the capsules are still too big for the kids, we recommend emptying them into food.

Product Ingredients: Vitamin C incorporated in citrus pulp; lactobacillus bulgaricus providing vitamin E, and iron; yeast concentrate* providing niacin, para amino benzoic acid, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, thiamin, riboflavin, copper, manganese, iodine, GTF chromium, molybdenum, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, choline, folic acid, biotin, inositol, boron, calcium, zinc, selenium, vitamin K; beta carotene combined in carrot concentrate; capsule shell: vegetable cellulose.

Suggested Use
Recommended Intake:
– Children aged from 4-6 years = 1 capsule daily.
– Children 6 years and over = 1 capsule per 20kg of bodyweight daily, or take as directed by a practitioner.
Suitable for: Vegetarians & for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.
